YJCollective is a network enabler of passionate product designers, delivery consultants, and engineers. On the one hand, we supply product squads and solo freelancers with access to a community, mentors, and training. On the other hand, we partner with organisations that need skilled individuals with a history of working together and following agile delivery standards.
To empower freelancers to meet their peers, team up and work on creative and technological projects that matter to help reach net-zero emission goals without any admin and financial hurdles.
By 2035, we target a network of 10+ million solo freelancers, groups and self-sustained collectives who will have progressed in their careers through meaningful, flexible work and be given equal opportunities regardless of where they come from to achieve financial freedom.
I am genuinely passionate about making societal and environmental changes. I define my purpose to positively impact people- one, ten, a hundred, a thousand, a million… time will tell.
With YJCollective, I am in for the long run. Every day, I am committed to building a sustainable business that will contribute to the fight against climate change and ultimately have to net zerot-zero - sooner than later.
I am a true believer all starts with individual and small group changes before we can make bigger changes at scale. Across the world, collectives and communities are leading the way and pushing big corporations and governments to protect our planet.
There is no planet B! It's still okay to adopt new consumer behaviours, review our economic system, stop burning fuels, and transition to clean, renewable energies.
